Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • During sales or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can track your order anytime using the link provided.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Paisy’s Closet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.

  • If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot make changes once your order has shipped.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
